She began her career as a coordinator of video for CBS Sports in New York City. She won a Sports Emmy while working at WTVJ-TV, Miami. She worked at WPLG-TV, Miami as well as WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. She was chosen as an anchor for ESPN2 at the time that it first launched. After three years with the network, she resigned from ESPN2 and joined Fox Sports. In 1999, she was re-admitted to ESPN and serves as the host for 'Monday night Countdown'.
